Search for Optimal MRI Protocol for the Diagnosis of Vaginal Tumor

At same time, lack a regulated scanning protocol, especially patients who have undergone anticancer treatment, requires standardization technique and search for an optimal set sequences that allows to visualize vagina throughout its entire length perform differential diagnosis between continued tumor growth post-radiation changes while maintaining adequate examination time. Objective : determine MRI pelvic organs with vaginal tumors form original research protocol based on diagnostic information content. Material methods The study included 141 tumors. comparative analysis four protocols was carried out, built according principle “from simple complex” (from native multiparametric MRI).
